RNLV Summer Dance & Art Camp June 2 - 28, 2025 10 AM - 4 PM (Ages 6 and up Lunch Not Provided, Healthy Snacks & Water Included)
Join us for an exciting 4-week camp blending dance, art, and performance! Each week has a unique theme, culminating in a 30-minute showcase every Friday where students perform for family and friends. Special guest artists and local performers will provide an unforgettable learning experience!
Weekly Themes
Week 1 (June 2-6) – Hip Hop Week Learn the foundations of hip-hop dance, freestyle techniques, learn how to create graffiti, create a group rap and dynamic choreography.
Week 2 (June 9-13) – Musical Theater Bring stories to life with acting, singing, cast member from Hamilton will visit, and learn expressive dance!
Week 3 (June 16-20) - Body Percussion & Rhythm Explore rhythm through movement, stomping, clapping, meet cast from the show STOMP and the movie Música and learn creative beat-making.
Week 4 (June 23-28) – Creative Expression Week A fusion of dance and visual art where students explore costume design, movement-inspired painting, and collaborative projects.
